Supervision & Training Analysis for Psychoanalysts

Whether you're a clinician looking to deepen your practice or someone entering formal psychoanalytic training, supervision and training analysis are foundational to becoming the best therapist you can be.

I offer culturally-informed supervision to therapists and clinicians who are working with patients and want thoughtful, experienced guidance. In supervision, we explore your clinical work together — the dynamics at play, the challenges you're encountering, and the ways your own responses and reactions may be informing the treatment. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental: I'm here to help you think, not to tell you what to do.

I also offer training analysis for those entering psychoanalytic training programs or seeking their own analytic experience as part of professional development. Personal analysis is a cornerstone of psychoanalytic training, and I approach this work with the same care and rigor I bring to all my clinical relationships.

My background includes:

•       Certification as a Licensed Psychoanalyst by New York State

•       Certification from the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies (CMPS)

•       Faculty member and Board Chair at CMPS

•       Faculty member at Manhattan Institute of Psychoanalysis

•       Experience supervising clinicians at various stages of training

I see supervisees and training analysands at my offices in Brooklyn Heights and the West Village If you're interested in working together in a supervisory or training capacity, please feel free to reach out — I'd be happy to discuss what you're looking for and whether I might be a good fit.
