I offer culturally-informed supervision to therapists and clinicians who are working with patients and want thoughtful, experienced guidance. In supervision, we explore your clinical work together — the dynamics at play, the challenges you're encountering, and the ways your own responses and reactions may be informing the treatment. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental: I'm here to help you think, not to tell you what to do.
I also offer training analysis for those entering psychoanalytic training programs or seeking their own analytic experience as part of professional development. Personal analysis is a cornerstone of psychoanalytic training, and I approach this work with the same care and rigor I bring to all my clinical relationships.

Training analysts are required to go through their own personal analysis. Many institutes require a training and supervising analyst to come from a pre-approved list but some do not. In addition, analysts in training must seek supervision for their cases. Training and supervising analysts provide that support.
